Early Career Teacher Panel and Drinks
in conjunction with ANZUK and History Teachers’ Association of Victoria
Venue: ANZUK Education, 2-4 Down Street Collingwood 3066
Thursday 13 September 2018
Welcoming all preservice teachers, graduate teachers, and early career teachers!
Come along to meet fellow teachers and get the low down on making the most out of your first few years of teaching from those who've done it! Whether you are about to search for your first job, looking for some tips to make that workload more manageable or just want to come and meet some good folk to swap some stories, this event will provide ample opportunities for discussion.
Beginning with a panel consisting of an education recruitment expert, and English and History teachers, you can learn about applying for jobs, tips and tricks for your first years of teaching and more. After that it’s a very short walk to a nearby establishment for nibbles and drinks, where you can continue the conversations or just enjoy the imminent end of university or Term 3!
Attendance is free, but registering is essential.
